CEO Mr. Yang presented his research at one of Taiwan's most prestigious universities.

In the course of his presentation at National Cheng Kung University, Professor Linkai Bu sends a warm thank you to Donald Yang, CEO of the company.

During this presentation, Mr. Yang shared his own experiences with late-stage investment opportunities. He reviewed the typical startup life cycle, which includes angel/seed funding, early-stage funding and late-stage funding. In addition, he provided some case studies, such as Palantir, 23nMe, Airbnb, etc., which he used to analyse the success factors of a good investment. Also, he spoke about some of the successful factors associated with IPOs, including Sector & Market Position, Path to Profitability, Growth Trajectory, Value vs. Peers, and Media Coverage, along with some non-financial aspects like corporate governance. In his conclusion, Mr. Yang summarized the overall market conditions for 2022: inflation, interest rates, volatility, valuation reset, and speculative plays.

As we got feedback from all attendees, Mr. Yang brought in-depth analysis, real-life cases and provided valuable insights into investment decision making.
